Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Last updated: 26 May 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PostureCore ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the PostureCore website located at posturecore.netlify.app (the "Website") and any purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing or using our Website, creating an account, adding items to your cart, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or place an order. If you have questions about these Terms before purchasing, please contact us at support@posturecore.com.au before completing your order.
Nothing in these Terms limits, restricts, or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Cth). Your statutory consumer rights apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms.
To purchase from PostureCore, you must:
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or another person, you also represent that you have authority to bind that entity or person to these Terms.
PostureCore reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.
PostureCore sells the PostureCore Smart Posture Corrector — a wearable general wellness device designed to provide gentle vibration feedback to help wearers become more aware of their posture during daily activities. The device is described in detail on our Website, including its features, intended use, and specifications.
We make every effort to display product information accurately on our Website. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely free of errors. See Section 9 (Accuracy of Information) for more details.
All prices displayed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). The price of the PostureCore Smart Posture Corrector is currently $54.95 AUD.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
We occasionally run promotional pricing, discount codes, and limited-time offers. These are subject to their own terms (such as expiry dates and eligibility conditions) and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
As an Australian business, PostureCore charges GST where required by law. A tax invoice will be provided with your order confirmation email and is available upon request for any completed order.
When you submit an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price displayed. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. Until you receive that confirmation, no contract of sale has been formed.
PostureCore reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days and notify you by email with an explanation.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price (for example, due to a typographical error or system fault), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of the error and give you the option to re-purchase at the correct price.
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing support@posturecore.com.au with your order number. We will make every effort to action cancellation requests promptly, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the dispatch process. If your order has already been dispatched, please use our 30-day returns process instead.
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and any other payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include PayPal or Buy Now Pay Later options such as Afterpay.
All payment transactions are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or other payment gateways integrated into our Shopify store. These processors use industry-standard security protocols including SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. PostureCore does not store, access, or process your raw payment card details — this is handled entirely by the payment processor.
By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete. PostureCore is not liable for any loss or damage arising from fraudulent use of your payment credentials by a third party.
If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. You will need to retry with a valid payment method. If you believe a payment error has occurred, contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
Our shipping and returns policies are set out in detail in our dedicated policy pages:
These policies form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping and return conditions described in those policies.
